- Sending of our newsletter and/or advertising brochure by the subcontractor ;
- Offer products or services or maintain a relationship with a supplier, including providing customer service or technical assistance and handling requests related to products or services;
- To establish and maintain a customer relationship with data subjects, for example to send information messages about products or services or to respond to data subjects’ questions and requests;
- recruit staff, process applications received via the website or otherwise, select the candidate if necessary;

The Processor uses so-called “cookies”. Any changes will be announced on this page and clear notification will follow in the event of a material change to the privacy statement. The controller therefore advises the data subject to check this page regularly for changes.
- If the data subject continues to use the subcontractor’s website and/or services after the changes have come into effect, this means that the data subject accepts the changes. If the data subject does not accept the changes, he or she must stop using the website and/or services.
