Description
Brush plates are a very useful product with a lot of different possibilities depending on the application. Applications can vary from guiding, transporting, pushing, pressing, supporting to washing. For example the guiding of a steel plate in a punch machine or protecting glass plates from any damage.
We have brush plates standard with a carrying capacity of 500, 1250 and 2000 kg mass per m². Naturally we produce as well brush plates with any other carrying capacity, in any shape or size you wish. We are also one of the few producers who can deliver as standard a brush plate of 2500 x 1200 mm.
Dependent on the application, the filling can be made out of synthetic fiber, temperature resistant fiber (till 210 °C) or brass fiber. The density of the filling can also be adjusted. By choosing the right fiber and core material the noise can be reduced and the chances of damage minimised.
