Unique shape
The Wave ring is a special type of brush ring. Thanks to the wave profile, the rings are easy to assemble into a road sweeping roller brush without the need for spacers. The rings are filled with 20 to 40% more filling material. Thanks to this greater filling density and the shape, dirt is even easier to remove. Available with various options for the engagement cams.
Production and assembly
We produce the Wave rings fully automated. Strict quality controls during the production process guarantee quality brushes. Thanks to the Wave shape, it is very easy to mount the brush rings. The Waves connect to each other effortlessly, and once the rings have been fixed, the roller is capable of rotating at high speed.
