Description
Re-filling the core
The curved strip brushes with external filling are constructed as loose spirals of the spiral roller brushes. Depending on the application, we offer the possibility of single or double banded construction. For the single-banded configuration, the fibres are clamped into a steel U-section by means of a core wire. The construction of the double banded configuration consists of two metal bands, the outer band of which clamps the inner band.
Finally, you choose the fibre material. We will be happy to advise you.
Advantages of the external curved strip brush
Strip brushes with an external shape are made to measure for your application. You simply mount the strips to a core. If the strips are worn out over time, you can easily reorder them from us. If you are going to re-fill the core, we advise you to send the core back to KOTI and let us do the work. With our many years of experience, we ensure optimal refilling of the core. The big difference between the loose spirals and the rings is the degree of cleaning. The spiral roller brush cleans completely streak-free. The external curved strip brush is often used in the wood and carpet industry.
